milk production to be made in PARS industrial dairy. The industrial ranch is equipped as one of the most advanced industrial cities of Iran to the flushing system and automatic milking system. It has a food production facility and mechanized feeding system , which is capable of carrying out healthy nutrition and nutrition steps under control to increase the quality of milk using modern machines and day – to – day technology .
The cows tits are washed and treated with the aim of improving the quality of the milk produced , before and after being milked in the milking salons. The milk temperature is immediately reduced by plate cooler heat exchangers at 37° C to 4 degrees Celsius and stored in all steel tanks to prevent any diseases and germs from occurring .
The collection of animal fertilizers is mechanized to raise the level of health and reduce microbial load and milk contamination . The flushing system , in addition to improving the health level of livestock and environmental health salons, has prevented an unpleasant odor , but the rate of breast – feeding has also increased.
At the end of the process , the discharge of the milk into the sales units is automatically done without intervention , and consequently the microbial load is far below the limit .
